Most of our volunteers and fosters live in the Gainesville area, but we have fosters, volunteers, and adopters in Ocala, Jacksonville, Alachua, Palatka, and beyond. We have no shelter facility and no central office.
All our dogs live in private foster homes.
We ALWAYS need good foster homes! All our dogs live in foster homes, and the number of dogs we can save from euthanasia is exactly the same as the number of foster spots we have. Fostering is a great way to “try out” life with a dog, to give your pets extra company, and also, of course, to save the life of a dog who otherwise would not make it.
For all urgent inquiries regarding dogs in need (stray, abused, or injured), please call Alachua County Animal Services at 352-264-6870 (or your local shelter if you are in another county).
The best way to contact us is email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are located in Gainesville, Florida. We do not have a shelter or office, and our adoptable dogs are in foster homes in and around Gainesville. We are all volunteers with other professional and personal commitments. We try to respond as quickly as possible to inquiries, but please be patient if it takes us a few days.
